Suggestions for daily vitamins my hubby can take??

We are trying to conceive and I'm wondering if they have daily vitamins to help him boost some healthy sperm and make sure he has the vitamins he needs!

We both take multivitamins but he added selenium to his mix! I took Vitex, maca, and a fertility blend. The Vitex and fertility blend were from Vitamin Shoppe and the maca was from pure encapsulations. I also took a prenatal vitamin, fish oil, vitamin b, vitamin c, and a probiotic (the fish oil, vitamin b and c, and probiotic I was taking before TTC)

I've had 2 infertility doctors tell me different things.

One said the most important are zinc and l-carnatine.

The other said COQ10 and omega 3 fish oil (this combo SIGNIFICANTLY improved my husbands motility).

Both agreed that vitamin c is a good vitamin to take.

We started the l-carnatine less than 3 months ago so I'm not sure what effect that one has yet.

These were suggestions based on our infertility though; If he's not low though I'm not sure if/which of these he would really need. Good luck!
