TMI strange cycle. someone help?

my cervix is open, high but firm and seems almost swollen? my nipples keep changing colors from medium to dark and going from hard to puffy and swollen. my period is due in 7 days and is still like this and i never stopped cramping after ovulation which was on the 25th. im having all kinds of diffetent discharge but is mostly either watery, lotiony or egg white consistency. i took a picture, sorry if this is too far. im just confused and want to know if anyone else has had this?!
