Has anyone ever had an ectopic pregnancy? What were your symptoms? I'm having occassional dull pain on the right pelvic side, missed period, And breast tenderness. Tested on HPT 4 days back and got a negative. The breast tenderness started 3 days back. AF is 10 days late. I'm fearing it might be ectopic pregnancy. This is my first attempt to conceive. A little help would be great.
