How do you evict an almost 8month old breastfed co sleeping baby out of your bed?

My son will be 8months on the 17th, we have breastfed, co slept, side nursed from day one. I need him out of my bed!! I sleep so terrible with him he wakes up 6 or 7 times to nurse but seems like he just needs the boob to soothe now. 
For the past... 2 weeks? Give or take. I would feed him baby oatmeal, bath, jammies, swaddle(cause his legs and arms get stuck between the crib bars)
Nurse him till he passes out hard then try to ninja him into the crib. The first stretch of sleep is good sometimes, about 3 hours. Then he'll wake up and scream and cry, so I'll pick him up rock him till he falls back to sleep or nurse him. Then try to ninja him into his crib again, sometimes I'm good and sometimes he feels it wakes up throws himself back arches his body and begins screaming.. ends up being a good hour battle to get him back to sleep. 
Last night I do the routine, and he was asleep till midnight, woke up and screamed so I attempted to nurse/rock him and he fought me them whole time.. I gave up and brought him in my bed, he wouldn't call asleep still. So now here we are at 10minutes till 6am. He is crawling around smacking things.... 
What is the best way to go about all this? I'm on the verge of going insane/ or just strangling my husband, he is sound asleep upstairs currently. 
I don't want to side nurse, rock, co sleep all night long anymore.. help!!!!

I'm sorry I have no advice. My 4 yr old still sleeps with us. She'll start in her bed but in the middle of the night climbs in our bed. I just had my 3rd and am exclusively  breastfeeding for right now so I'll fall asleep with him in bed while nursing at night, like I have with all 3. So it'll be me and baby, my husband and our daughter all crammed in bed. My pour husband has slept on the couch a few nights already. Good luck.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one 😭😅 ....I thought my daughter was the worst sleeper until my little son came along he literally only sleeps attached to me.... and if he wakes all the way I have to rock him back to sleep from 3 or 4 am until about 7 sometimes every hour I have to rock him back to sleep. It like a fight just to keep him asleep all night ugh. And he's like yours, sometimes I get a good stretch at the beginning 3/5 hours most of the time NOT. He also only naps on me 😩 he's 5 months on the 13th and idk if you agree with it or not but I'm sleep training him at 6 months. I did it with my daughter and it worked in ONE night and it was the best thing I ever did. She went from her swing and waking all night to sleeping all night (she was 7 months) It doesn't get easier becuase they just learn to stand and scream louder and last longer... so the sooner the better! I did the Ferber method. I think my son will be much harder than my daughter though and it's gonna be tough but I'm going to do my best to stick to it becuase I know he will not get better on his own! And it will just get harder and harder ......I have to rock him for an hour or two every night, and sneak to bed with him... no break in the evening for me 😩 so honestly I don't mind rocking nursing bed sharing....but when it's like this it's not working... I hope to have him in his bed all night and for naps but even if I get him trained to just go down at bedtime for a good stretch then join me in the bed in the night say 3 or 4 I'm FINE with that too until the time comes to wean that too... I just need a break at some point and to stretch out by myself I miss my bed and I don't sleep well with my baby either. He squirms ALL night. I miss time with my husband to just sit and watch tv and have adult conversations..

This is gonna happen to me again! With my daughter I did the same thing. Just got so tired of it every night loosing sleep and doing what you are doing now.. I gave up I'd get her to sleep in her crib then a few hours later she'd scream so she just went back in our bed , though we never let her sleep in our bed as a baby this started at age 1. My husband fought with me so much yet he never did anything at 2am.. by the time she was 4 we got her a big girl bed it's like a bunk bed and she slept in her bed all night ! She's 6 now. My 3 month old is co sleeping in a bassist in our room but I fear the same will soon happen 😰 aww the 1st few years are so hard!

I would try weaning him off the night feedings first. Eliminate one feeding ata a time until there is only a feeding before bed. If he's just using it as a way to comfort then once he realizes he can't have his boobies at night, he will find another way to comfort himself. I only let my daughter comfort feed at night while she is teething. Which is only once or twice during the night
