My mother claims to have done it with me. I was my parents first and then my three siblings came quickly. I find myself doing it when I feel desperate and emotional during my fertile window. Couldn't hurt but I didn't find any science to back it up.

I did a lil research and doing so is not needed. The sperm gets going within a second of being evacuated. Some women do it but I haven't found any scientific proof that it's necessary

I did it when we were trying to get pregnant cause I'm crazy and wanted to do everything in my power to get pregnant. I was eating grapefruit and pineapple too haha I just wanted a baby so bad and now I'm pregnant! There is not proof putting your legs up works but I didn't care haha
