Please help me! I need to feel better :( what can I take to help? Coff med ect?

Not an aussie but ive been sick for last 3 weeks, ive been taking lemsip every day, theres only paracetamol in them so theyre fine. Someone told me before u can take actifed aswell but when i google it it says no, so i havent chanced it. Pity tho cos they are miracle tablets!!

I'm an aussie also, have a look at the lemsip as its got Panadol already in it. Or talk to ur GP. I had the flu really bad with #1 (whos 8) and i think I was able to have the lemsip, but just double check or call the health direct number and talk with 1 of the nurses they r very helpful
