Just to make sure

Okay so a couple days ago my boyfriend and I had sex and the condom broke. We didn't know it until he pulled out and he orgasmed after he pulled out. It did get in me so I made sure I cleaned myself and used the bathroom. I'm on birth control and we got plan b just to be sure. Was that enough to make sure I don't get pregnant because I'm having thick white discharge and I'm just paranoid.
