don't give up!
I just wanted to leave some encouragement for the ladies in their 30 trying. TTC is frustrating getting discouraged each month with negative tests and periods is so defeating. My husband (32) and and I (32) tried last year and for the past six months with timing and OPKs and if this period came we would start fertility treatments. Finally got a positive this week.
Things we did differently was having the majority of sex (3 day in a row) before the positive OPK then nothing day of then again the day after. We also used Preseed each time. The specialists we talked to said having sex prior to ovulation was key. In addition to that trying when you have watery/ewcm no matter how soon before positive is important. I did not alway produce it so in came Preseed.
