It has espresso i use to work there and had to replace the syrup for it lol it's basically caramel flavor  with a double shoot of coffee it's really good though

Yes, I called to see how much caffeine when I was craving one SO bad and they said a small has around 74mg, medium 85mg and a large 120mg if I remember correctly! You'll be okay as long as you don't go over 200mg a day! I'm a bit obsessed with them, and seems baby loves them too 😂
