help! pain after engorgement!

When I awoke this morning my left breast was engorged, so I fed on that side straight away. Fast forward 12 hours later, my breast isn't engorged and I have fed from it several times during the day but it's still sore! Mainly the nipple and under the breast. A little achy when left alone and more painful when touched. The last feed from this breast was more painful too.
