diabetes

So I was explaining to my aunt some symptoms that I'm having and asking her what it could be (she's a nurse) and she said possibly diabetes. (Fatigue, dry mouth) idk but Diabetes does run in my family. I'm scared cuz I can't afford to go to the Dr but I'm gonna have to because this is serious. Anyone have advice or any input please pleaseeeee tell me.
