I recently started taking birth control (the pill) about 3 months ago. My first period with it was normal. However my second was the heaviest I've ever had. Now I'm on my third period with it and I've been clotting and heavy bleeding for 8 days. I stopped taking the pill because I wanted my period to stop in its own. But every day it feels like it's getting heavier and the blood clots aren't getting any smaller. My period usually only lasts for 4-5 days. Has anyone else experienced this?? Should I just stop taking birth control all together or is it just the pill or the brand??
