sleeping in cots

Need help my twin girls are nearly 3 months and we have been bed sharing since they were 5 weeks, I would like them to start sleeping in their own cots but as soon as I put them down when they are sleeping they wake up straight away any advice please really would like them to sleep in their own cot by the end of June
