At my ends wit!!!

I have had this for months! Itchy skin that I scratch til at bleeds and cause sores like these... I can't anymore I'm losing my mind! I'm 5 months pregnant and feel great other than this beyond itchy task all over me! Please help! I have tried everything!!! It's affecting my sleep, my mood, and I don't know what else to do! HELP!
