is it implantation bleeding after positive hcg and rising?

I had a frozen embryo transfer on May 23. 9 days later hcg was 86, that same night when I wiped it was pink only a few times. Yesterday hcg was 470 and this morning very little brown mucus and pink when I wipe. What could this mean
