Teasing in public places

Does your man ever tease you? Mine does and one day I guess he was feeling a little more adventurous than usual, we're sitting at the mall and he grabs my thigh near the knee a little tightly, which isn't too out of the ordinary for him to do, but then he slides his hand up little by little every 2-3 minutes or so. This isn't so normal for him, I'm wearing a dress with my legs crossed and he looks around and makes it under the skirt and over my underwear. This is new, nobody saw because he was quick about it, but I had done this before to a past boyfriend but I was surprised because he isn't one to do that or that he'd ever done it before, but I liked it, anyone else?
