Seriously confused

I'm really confused! Not sure what's going on. At 10dpo I had spotting but also a weird clot came out! TMI I know. I'm sorry! But it was crazy because I've NEVER passed a clot?! I'm not sure if it was my period or not because it not due yet. This only lasted 2 days. Nothing today. Not I feel sick and I've been peeing alot. Is this normal?! Should I take a test?;
