No consistency...

Anyone else get no bleeding on the pill? I know there are few types but I take mine everyday with no breaks for 3 and half years. I started having sex and then each month after that I started getting some sort of spotting (only old blood) and it would get heavier and more painful. And then in the last few months no bleeding again. Part of me loves not having a proper period but the other part of me hates it because I always panic I'm pregnant! Any thoughts and advice would be appreciated 😘
