Question? Missed period other than being pregnant?

I have been TTC but i havent been proper trying. I knew i ovulated 22nd,23rd and 24th some where in there.. BD 22nd and 24th.
but i had a bug 27th to 29th...

I was due my period today and havent turned up. Would being ill make me late?? Or is it a good chance i could be pregnant?

Weird thing I read a long time ago said that being sick during the two week wait could possibly help your chances. I can't remember where I heard or seen it but it's stuck with me. I'm 13 weeks pregnant and I remember the week before my period was due I was really sick. Then my period never showed and I didn't want to believe I could be pregnant. Ended up finally testing at 19dpo and I was pregnant.
