How often do you wear sunscreen?

Last couple of days I've been hanging out at the pool, and I've noticed that whenever I've seen people here, I've never seen a single one apply sunscreen (I understand they can apply before the go outside), or reapply sunscreen. This applies for children and adults.

I personally always wear sunscreen. I wear it almost every day, I don't put it all over my arms and legs, but I always have some on my face. How do you feel about people who don't put sunscreen on their children, or don't teach them the dangers of over exposing yourself to the sun?
