chiropracter third trimester??

So I'm thinking of seeing a chiropracter as I have recently been experiencing what I think is sciatic nerve pain in my lower back. Has anyone had experience with this and the chiropracter helped? Is it worth the money?

Yes! Absolutely! I've started going to a chiropractor while ttc and now during pregnancy and getting adjusted has helped so much with sleeping better and the lower back pain I have been having. Highly highly recommend you go! :) just google good ones in your area

It is absolutely worth the money! I started at week 14 bc of SI pain whenever I walked or moved. Not fun. It has completely alleviated the pain and I'm now 34 weeks and feel great! Getting adjusted regularlythroughout  your pregnancy will also help your baby turn into correct birth position and can help with labor too! My baby has been head down since week 29 and I def think the chiropractic adjustments have helped her have room to move
