Do I still have a chance???

My dr said to have sex on wed, Thurs, Fri after the trigger shot. I should have ovulated friday. We were only able to have sex on monday and Thursday morning...i am sooooo frustrated!!! I guess thursday morning is my best chance. I actually laid on my back for a hour after. I hope that was enough...ugh
