Period for two weeks...

I missed a birth control pill (Junel Fe) at the beginning of last week. I took it as soon as I woke up (I take it at 9:00 p.m.) around 7. Ever since, I've been bleeding. My period is usually 4-5 days. This has been much heavier than spotting. This is also the first time I missed a pill and I have taken them on time ever since. I don't know if this is normal or not.
