24 weeks

Is anyone look and feel small for how far along they are?? My doctor said I'm measuring perfectly but I feel so small at 24 weeks... A lady at the Cardoligist that I had to go to to get some pictures of my heart done dident even know I was pregnant because I don't show like any.. I've only gained like 5Lb and I swear people probably think my hunny don't feed me lol but I eat all the time. So is anyone else feel like this??
