Does my baby have an ear infection? She is always tugging them or poking her finger in them. She is teething at the moment I thought maybe it was due to that?

Baby's like their ears hun...It's like a toy to pull on. If she's screaming and crying while pulling on them you can test the eat infection theory by firmly pulling on her ear lobe, if it causes her pain then she may have an infection.
Truly the best course of action should be to take your child to the pediatrician for an eval

No harm in finding out I know the drainage from teething can actually cause that. My son at 1 month had an ear infection they made him get a spinal tap about 6 different sets of blood work all to find out what I had been telling them for 4 hours. So definitely no harm in checking.
