I went to my obgyn for a routine pap and he asked what I was thinking/doing for birth control now that I'm 6 months pp. I said that I wanted to get back on the pill but I'm breastfeeding so I know that won't happen for a while and he said "whoa whoa whoa. No. That's only true until your milk is established, by 6 months it's absolutely fine to take bc pills". So, I've never heard of this before, nor can I see anything about it online... has anyone else heard this?
