First time using opks
Hey ladies! This will be my first cycle using opks. Do I need to test twice a day? Which day should I start testing? Also what times do I test? I bought the cheapies off amazon. I have PCOS and my cycles are super irregular. My dr started me on Metformin so I'm hoping that helps! I also take Pergesterone on CD35 if my period has not started naturally
