Weightloss while breastfeeding?

What helped you lose the baby weight while breast feeding? I'm struggling with trying to lose weight without effecting my supply. I lost 18 lbs the first week pp. But I have gained 5 lbs back.

Gallstones helped me, but I don't recommend those! Lol cutting sugar out of your diet will help you drop the weight and you do not need sugar for your milk supply so you will be perfectly fine. I lost about 23lbs in 2 months from not being able to eat due to the stones, but my supply sucked. We struggled a lot with it. Then I lost another 30lbs when I cut sugar (and bread) out. And the weight just falls off quickly with almost no effort. I lost 30lbs in about three months. You can eat bacon, butter, fat etc. Your food will have lots of flavor because you don't need to cut fat out, just sugar. And I do have frozen yogurt about once a week. And the best part of this diet change is that preparing meals is soooo fast. You just make a protein and veggies so it takes me like 20 minutes. Here are some personal pictures of my dinners for ideas. Oh and it's a lifestyle not a bland diet that you suffer through. Experiment with herbs and seasonings. It really takes food to another level than just salt and pepper.

Like the other commenter said, low carb works great! And I also don't worry about fat intake. I learned a ton of recipes while pregnant because I had GD and still make a lot of the stuff I did before. I found most of the recipes on Pinterest and low carb websites. Salads can be a great way to get full and pack in protein with pine nuts, chicken, eggs, bacon, avocado, etc. (kind of like a cobb salad). I lost all my baby weight 2 months pp but I also think since my husband was deployed and I had to do everything myself, I was forced to stay active and that helped a lot too. I was on my feet a ton doing laundry, washing bottles, and rocking/swinging baby to sleep. I go for a walk almost every day with my LO and she also likes sitting in my lap while I bounce on a yoga ball which makes my thighs burn after a while lol.

I have implants placed under the muscle and I've been breast feeding. My baby is almost 4 weeks now and have been having to exclusively pump and feed him with bottle since he was 2 weeks due to him not gaining enough weight. I pump every 2 1/2-- to 3 hours and produce anywhere from 2-4 ounces with both sides combined. Not sure if this is normal or I should be producing more. It it seems to be working for the time being. As far as long term results on the boobs.... I sure hope I have no sagging😩😩
