Kegels! 💪🏽
Ok ladies, so I'm looking for kegels to help with the whole birthing process.
Unfortunately, I have no idea where I stand in the world of crotch strength, but I'm pretty confident Im in decent shape. I'd like a product where I'd feel like I'm actually accomplishing something so I'd like to get the heaviest weights out there.
Does anyone have any good reccomendations for weights?
I'd like to keep it under $80.
