Baby skin questions.
Our daughter is three weeks old. Her skin looks like it's peeling. She has it all over. Is it normal? Also, is it normal for her skin to look like red splotches? I know these are probably dumb questions but I don't know. 
Also, her eyes are always gunky. I wipe them constantly and it always comes back.
Sorry, it's not a good picture. She doesn't like to be still. Lol. But you can kind of see it. 
What can I do for these? Or is it all normal and she'll grow out of it?
