I know most people will say that cramps will last around 3-6 months. Tomorrow will be my first month with Mirena. My period came normal, well, light but normal. It ended like 4-5 days ago and I'm bleeding again and I have cramps. I had to take Advil and a hot bath to ease the pain. It's not that bad, no need to rush to the dr, they're like my before-mirena cramps. I'm just not used to feel this pain. It's like I've had cramps every day for a whole month and I hate it. Also, when I start feeling normal and I workout or do yoga, I start bleeding again 😫. How long until I can get my normal cycle back?
