Thoughts ?

The woman defending him is the mother, a friend of the family got to baby sit this child today and he posted this picture. He started getting comments asking why she's in the front seat rear facing ect..

He states he was alone and only drove her for 5 minutes.

I was shocked that the mom defended this boy.. the baby's straps are way too low.. and it doesn't matter how far the baby rode.. you can wreck pulling out of your driveway !! And not to mention he's taking pictures while driving this baby!!

Do you think this is reasonable for them to ignore all safety for the child because he was alone..?
