No Heartbeat Please Help

My last cycle was March 22-27 which list me at 11 weeks pregnant no morning sickness. but when I got my ultrasound Monday there was no heartbeat and the baby was measured at 6 weeks and five days. The doctor think I lost the baby at 6 weeks and 5 days. I haven't had any symptoms of a miscarriage no bleeding or spotting. Should I get a D&C or should I wait.
