miscarriage when???

Currently having a miscarriage however I wanted to ask when does the pain stop?? The contractions are still here... they were so bad today I went to the ER in sever pain... I took some 200mg ibprophen that wouldn't kick in so I was in a lot of pain... now I'm just now waking back up and there back but o took some more medicine so it's helping a little bit but I'm still feeling the contractions but not like I was earlier... I mean is this pain gonna last all week????? I've been miscarriaging since Monday...... smh I can't take this anymore... I'm bleeding like a normal period now not heavy like I was Monday and Tuesday...
