breastfeeding & no period

Is it normal I have no period? I had to use tampons a few times in March and April (super light bleeding). But no bleeding at all in May and so far still nothing. Yesterday I had very old looking blood come out also some light pink. But then it stopped. Also, how do you guys stay calm when you don't bleed? I'm always paranoid I'm pregnant. I really don't need a 3rd baby. I just had twins! 😩😅
