Should I be concerned?

Okay so I never really used to shave my, well, downstairs, a whole lot. I had one serious boyfriend in the past so I did every now and then for him but after we broke up I was pregnant and got out of the habit because I physically couldn't lol 
But now I've got a serious boyfriend, we've been together almost 2 years now so I shave regularly. 
And I've noticed these bumps, on the inside of my "lips". Like one or two at a time in different spots. Usually after I shave, like maybe a week or two when my hair's growing back. They're flesh colored, almost look like mosquito bites. They don't hurt or itch or bust open into sores. 
I've always just brushed it off as ingrown hairs since I have really sensitive skin and honestly it's weird but my hair grows weird down there and I've had ingrown hairs before even without shaving. 
So do you guys think that's all it is? Or should I be worried about an STD? 
I know I'll get a lot of different opinions and advice on this, but I know my man would never cheat on me. I'm thinking if it is an STD of some kind, it's from his ex and he doesn't know. 
I don't know, should I be worried or is it nothing?

it's just from shaving i get those a bunch. summers eve vaginal wash is what i use to shave with so nothing gets more inflammed than it already would be after shaving lol. also put a little baby oil where you shaved after you get out of the shower. keeps everything smooth

Nah, you should be fine. If you're super concerned, go to a clinic, your gyno, or your physician. It shouldn't be anything to worry about, though. If they're problematic to you, try shaving with a shaving cream or conditioner or some of some kind. Don't get them inside the lips unless they're something safe to use around that area (like Summer's Eve) if you don't already. It could just be from the razor, as well. If they don't seem to go away, it could just be ingrown hair or the texture of your skin down there.

Also, props to you for the amount of trust you put in your boyfriend! You don't really see that very often now 😃
