amitriptyline and sore nipples

Does anyone on here take amitriptyline? I have been taken it for about a month and I developed shooting pains in my nipples. I stopped taking it for a week and had to troubles, I started taking it again two nights ago and my nipple pain is back!! WTH ☹️ I got worried I was pregnant and took a heap of pregnancy tests but they are all negative.
