Endo - The Pill - TTC

Hi, I have endometriosis, was diagnosed and operated on November 2016! I've been on the pill ever since and haven't had sex. Me and my Now partner are only using the pill as contraception. He has a young son so right now it isn't right however I feel like my times limited... however for the last week I have had really tender boobs but just and both sides... I'm anxious... do you think its just hormones? I used to get a similar pain in one boob due around my period but this has been more than a week
