I was a pretty active kid, always outside riding my bike, climbing trees, playing games, etc. But I started dancing at age 11, running at age 13, doing HIIT workouts at 17, and going to the gym to lift by 18. I just love being active, and it helps cope with my panic disorder.

I used to be a borederline Olympic gymnast so since I was very young but I quit because too many injuries a lot of which because chronic and I was told I can never run, do gymnastics or anything again. So I haven't been able to do much exercise since I was told this because the injury effects my back as well as my ankles and knees so it's not like I can do just upper body either, although I push myself I end up reaching my limit really quickly and end up on bedrest for weeks even months
