Side pains?

Okay ladies so I've been having side problems on my right side for awhile now but they have recently gotten worse. I went to the doctor and they ordered a pelvic ultrasound to see if there was anything wrong with my ovaries and they saidthat nothing came back but today I woke up early this morning due to pain and I've had it since. It will be dull at times but then it will become worse and go to sharp pains, feels like someone stabbing me. Has any of y'all had these kinds of pains?
