My boyfriend makes me feel bad

My boyfriend and I have been together for 6 months. A while  ago I did something that was unforgivable but after That he said he has forgiven me but I didn't really believe him. Ever since that he brings up the topic and I tell him to stop because everytime he does it makes me cry and I tell him stop or please stop and he won't ever stop. Someone please tell me what to do.
