Without even thinking apparently, I was helping my mother gardening and with my bare hands got pinches of these fertilizer seeds and threw them in the soil. Now I'm told that was a big no no.... anyone know the risks and if I should be concerned? I was in my 14th week of pregnancy.

I can't believe all the stuff to stay away from while pregnant. I'm over whelmed!
