When did you stop bleeding after giving birth? I gave birth almost a month ago and I'm still bleeding!!! Some days it stops and then it starts again I'm getting fed up and these pads are starting to give me a rash. And does the queefing/bubbles ever stop?!?!

I am 4 weeks PP and still bleeding slightly. My midwife said it can take up to 6 weeks and that it could stop and start.

She said that maxi pads are so absorbent that they can leave you dry and irritated. She recommended sitting on scrap flannel or fabric to give skin a chance to breathe.

Took me 6 weeks to stop bleeding from birth and then I got my period back at 10 weeks lol.

I'll be a month postpartum tomorrow and mine will completely stop for two days then BAM bright red, heavy flow with mild cramps and a few days later it will slow down again then repeat -_-.... So ready for it to be over.

I bled for 8 weeks pp, it stopped and haven't had a period since (ebf so I may not get a period for a while aha)

Three weeks tomorrow for me and it's very light now but still blood when I use the bathroom. I have a feeling it'll continue for another few weeks. I got new much thinner pads today but I agree it's still a pain. Mostly I wish I wasn't still so sore from tearing and episiotomy. And that moving my bowels wasn't such a painful and stressful experience even with colace two times a day. 😩
