I have been having many symptoms such as backache, migraines, sleepiness, fishy smell from vagina, acne, spotting for two days and a couple days I woke up with my gums bleeding. My period is due in two days. What do you think?

I've had this before.. Go to the doctor. Its a thing called Bacterial Vaginosis :) 
Nothing bad. Kinda like a yeast infection or UTI. The doctors are just gonna have to do a pelvic exam and it'll show up right there! Very simple. Nothing to alarmed about.

Only a hand full of the symptoms u named off tho would be due to that. Everything else I believe is something different and I honestly don't know. The fishy smell u smell down there would be the infection.
