ECV. advice?

Anybody else having a stubborn baby that just doesn't want to go head down. 36 weeks tmw and she is still oblique/transverse. So they are scheduling a ECV for next week. I need any and all advice regarding this. Stuff I can try at home to get her to move and any advice regarding a ECV.

Sitting on a yoga ball doing figure 8's, cat/cow yoga pose, looking into spinning babies as well.

Bounce and rotate your pelvis on a gym ball should help as well

I read that positioning yourself on your hands and knees for 10 minutes a day can help. You can google some other positions as well, I think it said something about bouncing on a yoga ball too. My baby was frank breech a few weeks ago but then turned about a week later (35 weeks today). My doctor had said if she didn't that he was going to recommend I go to a good chiropractor he knows at 36 weeks.

I would look at spinning babies for sure and try that.

There's also chiropractor- find one that specializes in pre natal

Acupuncture

I hear hypnotherapy works in like 90% of cases, I would look up a hypnotherapist and go one time and have them hypnotize you, it seriously works for a lot of people

I would also tell my baby to turn head down and talk to her or him every night

You can also play music down where you want her head to go

But hey getting the external c is okay too, it works in 50% of cases and I would do it as a last resort if I had too.

I also would read online about transverse babies and look up blogs of other women to see when their baby turned and what they did you know success stories to make you feel better too!
