first month on vitex, charting
The top chart is from last month and the bottom chart is from this month. I haven't ovulated yet, but this is my first month trying vitex. Does it look better? My temps do seem a little more stable. Does that mean my hormones are balancing out? Any other vitex stories? I'm hoping to ovulate sooner than CD 31 this month 😩
