TTC for baby #2

Trying for baby #2. Has anyone able to conceive after their fertile week? My husband and I have been trying for 6 months we have been unable to get pregnant. I've already had my fertile week but not had my period yet. We were going to ttc but think its to late since I've had my fertile week. Getting discouraged and sad that I'm still not pregnant yet. I'm trying to keep hope for next month but I know I will be mixed emotions if nothing happens this month. Feeling discouraged.
