Oh jeez my little guy does 20-40 minutes per boob 😣 its torture. He is constantly eating. He's such a sleepy eater but when I try to pull him off sooner he gets mad and cries until I put him back.

My LO feeds every 2 hrs most of the time for 6 to 10mins. A long feeding for her would be 20mins. I thought this seems very short but 5 days after birth she was an oz over birth weight. Doctor said she must get what she needs that fast, and she does have 3 to 4 BMs a day.

Yeah my girl really only does 10 minutes on one boob per feeding so I just alternate breasts each feeding, and pump the other if need be . Glow baby shows my average as 12 minutes compared to the average of 19 but I just ignore that cause my nurse said what she's doing is fine.

Glow really makes you feel like the time is important, when it's not at all! From 2 weeks my LO could spend 5 min on each side and be completely full afterwards. As she has gotten a,little bigger, now 4 weeks, she spends a little longer eating, but usually under 20 mins total.

Typically 20-30 mins total. I burp between sides to wake him up abut and see if he is still hungry (usually is) and then let him feed until he falls asleep. Not exact science just around those time frames. LO is 2 weeks old today and it seems to be working... who knows, FTM!

Depends on how she is feeling. Could be 15 minutes if it is a feed while she is trying to go back to sleep, or could be 45 to an hour white trying to get her to sleep
