Story, bottle, song, sway him in my arms for a minute and put him down awake and he goes to sleep on his own

Bath, pjs/swaddle, bedtime story/sing him lullaby, nurse/bottle and some rocking in my arms. Hell fall asleep and then wake up twenty minutes later to nurse again and then he's out for 4-5 hours. Still trying to figure out how to cut out that twenty minute gap where he wakes up

10 weeks - start at about 8:30, bath, lotion, nurse, rock, songs, he's usually asleep by 9:30 until 2:30 or 3. We use the nighttime bath and lotion.

8.30pm: bath, pjs, bottle, cuddle which is when he starts drifting so I put him in his cot and he falls asleep himself 🙂 usually goes till 2am. Routine works for us
