how to go into labor?!?

Anybody know any natural ways to speed things up? Excercises, foods, anything? I'm so ready for her to be here. I just want some opinions on what to do to get baby girl to be here.

I did nipple stimulation. Massaged each nipple for 15 minutes twice for three days. First day I only got through 30 minutes. Second day I used a pump the first half and hands the second. Third day only hands and the next day I had contractions all day, then gave birth two days later. I felt the contractions during the stimulation.

I was just reading about nipple stimulation last night, which seems to be the only "proven" method. It's worth a shot!

I'm not sure anything actually works , have done everything except castor oil as I'm against it . Maybe in most of the cases it's just a coincidence . My princess doesn't react to anything , guess she wants to decide herself when to come

I walked 7.5Km yesterday and just had my baby boy at 1h43am at 40w3d. I was also getting super impatient and just wanted to meet my little man. :) so I guess walking is what helped for me.
